I have spend a lot of money on my manga collection in the past.
Bought nearly 10 new mangas per month which would be around 50 - 70 EUR.

Calm down there :)
Using brushes and textures and stuff is really easy...you obviously have to download brush packs from the net for your photoshop,extract them if needed and then just load them...on the brush toolbar in ps you have a small triangle in the upper left corner..you click on it and find "load brushes" and that's it..the brushes will appear and you are free to use them..it's the same with patterns...on the layer where you want to add a pattern,you just right-click and then blending options...there you can add various stuff to your pic and it's edges...to load a new pattern you just click on the patterns section on the small triangle as the brushes and load it...and that's it...it's really simple...
I hope I explained it so you could understand,since I'm not so good at explaining things...if you need more help,just ask...no question is dumb :)

Heya...sorry for a late reply...I'm rarely here lately,I'm addicted again to playing games,lol..it's been a while since I was so eager to play a game,especially an online one...
I only have my faithful computer...I always wanted to have a console like PSP or PS2...people are really enjoying playing games on them...but I guess I'll remain the old fashioned one with only a comp T_T
